Congratulations St.
Mary's Belen!
Congratulations to Belen’s St. Mary’s
School middle school science / social studies teacher, Kathy
Hill. Mrs. Hill was chosen to take part in the National
Geographic Student Summit Teacher Conference in Washington D.C.
She just returned from an all-expense paid trip to our nation’s
capital, where she participated in the planning of science,
social studies, and journalism activities that National
Geographic is developing for the Student Summit programs planned
for the spring of 2010. Mrs. Hill was selected from teachers
all across the nation for this honor because of her
instructional expertise and innovative teaching. Again, Congratulations!
